1/9/2020 · With the start of Mythic Plus Season 4, a new NPC awaits you in instances of level 9 and lower, which will help you with favor from N’Zoth after the time has expired. Why the buff / debuff is only active for these difficulty levels is not yet known and could possibly change with the release of Patch 8.3.
Those brave enough to face Mythic N’Zoth on Pre-Patch day have found out that N’Zoth’s Paranoia mechanic is dealing much more relative damage in the Shadowlands Pre-Patch. We’ve determined its dealing about 3 times more relative damage in the Pre-Patch compared to Battle for Azeroth.

The most notable, of course, were the ones in which Horde players could choose to remain loyal to the Warchief and the undeniably correct Syvlanas or decide to betray the Horde and side with that traitor Saurfang.

There’s 30+ seconds of RP once you talk to the gentleman in the middle of the arena before the pig drops. The strategy for the mini-bosses is covered in the boss section of the guide but you can pull a pack or two of mobs down while you’re waiting on RP.
